2. Website provision and hosting

Our public website at miwork-gmbh.com is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When a page is accessed, connection data required for technical purposes is processed. This may include the IP address, time and destination of the request, browser and operating system, previously visited page (referrer), volume of data transferred and request status.

Processing enables delivery of the website, maintains its stability and helps detect and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is to provide a secure and functioning website. STRATO processes hosting data as a service provider under a data processing arrangement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

3. Contact by email or telephone

When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry, to handle your request. Contact details are only required to the extent necessary to respond or process the request. Without these details, we may be unable to reply.

Where the enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We handle other enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.

We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them. They are then deleted unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate grounds, particularly the establishment or defence of claims, require otherwise. Statutory retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Access is limited to those responsible for handling the enquiry and any necessary technical service providers.

Email and telephone links open your own email or telephone application. Clicking alone does not send us a message. Processing by your own communications provider is governed by that provider’s privacy information.

4. Cookies, analytics and external content

This website does not itself set cookies, use local browser storage to recognise visitors or include analytics or advertising trackers. Images, styles and scripts are loaded from our own webspace. No external fonts, maps, videos or social media content are embedded.

External links connect to the linked website only when clicked. The information provided by the respective operator applies there.

5. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Processing carried out before withdrawal remains lawful.

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
